Logan's Roadhouse 5043 South Cleveland Avenue, Fort Myers, FL 33907

"We waited months to check this place out, we went last night and nothing went right. We arrived about 7-730 pm. Our poor server, we found out was her first night, had only 3 tables including us. When we were seated she was getting reamed by a table of drunk guys about the food being wrong, should have been our first flag. They left, now it's just us and another couple table. She brought our drinks and took our order, then she disappeared. A random food runner brought my husbands food, his medium rare T-bone was well done and crispy. 5 or so minutes goes by and our server comes by and asks if there was something wrong with MY food, I said "No, it just hasn't come out yet, and could you please refill my husbands tea", she walks off. A few minutes later, food runner number 2 brings my food, or part of it, I'm missing my salad, my medium sirloin is also well done and crispy and potatoes are so hard I can't even stir them. Server comes back (still no refill), we advise of the well over done steaks and she takes them away, while the rest of our food gets colder, to recook the steaks. Food runner 3 now brings my salad. At this point, my husband goes to refill his own tea. The manager comes out to let us know she personally is watching our steaks and apologizes for the server, we explain other than the lack of refills, it has nothing to do with our server. Our steaks come out, better cuts, perfectly cooked, no seasoning whatsoever, not a lick of salt or pepper, nothing. It tasted like well cooked steak. We finish up, server brings our bill, and they did take 50% off our bill, I just hope it didn't get blamed on the server. Coincidentally, we were both up sick and throwing up at 3 o'clock this morning. This place won't get a second chance."

"I went to celebrate my birthday (in a weekday) This place was awesome. From the environment, to the customer service, and so forth!!!!! The food was delicious. The appetizer was great!!!!! What can I tell you about the bread…..???? It was awesome!!!!"

"We went around 5 on a Saturday, lots of families but not too busy. Service was excellent, atmosphere okay. We didn't have to wait to be seated and the food came pretty quickly. Loaded potatoes were good, I had the salmon dinner with green beans and broccoli, everything was cooked just right. The broccoli was not barely cooked like a lot of places. The salmon was not dry either. All of the seasonings were good. My boyfriend had the ribs and said they were okay but had had better. We did not try any steak."

"We enjoyed our experience. The rolls are the best. I had the chicken fried steak, and my wife had the shrimp. Both were very good. The restaurant was clean and fun. The only strange thing that both my wife and I noticed is that the employees seemed not to want to be at work at all. Not rude but visibly not happy with each other. We will go back, just thought it was odd."
