"Here in Southwest Florida we are in the middle of prime season where all of the snowbirds from up north have come down to Florida for vacation to get away from the winter. I came to shrimp shack today at prime lunchtime. I arrived at 12:15 PM and the place was packed. I was given a seat within 10 minutes of being there, upon sitting I had my waitress already getting my drink order and food order. Service was top-notch. The food came out presented, prepared, and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere of shrimp shack is kind of across between a modern diner and a classic diner. If you were looking for a place to have a nice meal by yourself, with friends, or family this is the place to come here in Fort Myers. The food is very reasonably priced for its quality, which I would say is excellent. One of the key factors that I think works for this restaurant is all of the employees are not Children that don’t know how to work. The majority of the weight staff are seasoned and well trained and seem very motivated to please their customers. The cooks seem to take pride in the food that they cook and present to the patriots. This is the key factor for this restaurant and I highly recommend anybody that is looking for good food come here ."
