"Ask for non-contact delivery driver knocked on the door until I answered and said he didn't feel safe leaving it at my door because people still things in Cape Coral... Can I get the pizza and it is missing three of the toppings that I ordered. Never again."

"Usually you guys get things spot on but tonite we were disappointed in our order. The personal pan was a sad little attempt at a pizza ( I have a picture), the Alfredo was dry and over cooked. The two pizzas were good! Just needed to give you feedback. You can look at our account, we are loyal customers. Thanks!"

"Ordered a pepperoni and extra cheese pizza and a chicken alfredo pasta. The chicken alfredo pasta had absolutely no Alfredo in it so I called for a refund on the pasta. I had to call for 20 minutes before someone finally answered. The person who claimed they were the manager said they had no problem giving me a refund and when I said thank you they said you're welcome and hung up in my face without even at least saying have a good night have a good day anything. I guess they had an attitude because I wanted a refund. I now remember what I do not order from this Pizza Hut anymore."

"I'm really impressed with our local pizza hut off Santa Barbara Blvd. I ordered a very small order for two and everything was fresh and hot. The bread sticks are super fresh, and they didn't slack off on the parmesan mix topping on them. And the pizza was awesome! Not lacking in anyway. Plenty of sauce and cheese! Thank you pizza hut, we'll certainly order again from you!"

"Hope you arent expecting a stress free order. Ive ordered multiple times from this pizza hut and because its the closest its the easiest. However its a roll of dice hoping they get my order correct. I was thinking they could be having bad days but after repeat times of my pizza having no sauce or going home with fries as soggy as wet clothes ive concluded its hazardous to eat here. I mean, come on my scissors cut pizza better then these guys."
