"The food used to be 10 times better. But ever since the pandemic, the quality of the food has really gone done hill. Then they got rid of the coupon. If you spend $50, you could get a free quart of sweet n sour pork or chicken or a free quart of pork fried rice. They blamed the pandemic. And now I compared menues from 2021 to now, and they have raised the average menu price dinner item by $5.00. Ok, they say inflation, but that's over 40% to 50% inflation rate. So, to summarize. 1. Quality of food declined! 2. Got rid of coupons when you spent over $50 for 1 free quart of pork fried rice or 1 quart sweet n sour pork / chicken. 3. Prices have increased 40 to 50% on entrees, and that happened in early 2023. Add those 3 together, and it seems as if they believe you won't notice how much more you're paying for less quality."

"Ordered four different dinner combos and they all tasted the same. Vegetables were soggy, sauces all had to much soy sauce and the chicken was disgusting! Sliced like rubber bands. Never ordering from them again! Very rude people"
