"This location can never get an order right? The staff is friendly but management must be horrible. How hard is it to make a burger and put toppings on it plus they always tell you to pull up to the front door so they can make it look like their time is good."

"Ordered a grilled chicken wrap in the drive thru. When I got home and opened up the wrapper, looked like someone partially ripped it in half and dropped it on the ground. Tortilla was rock hard on some of it. Also, found a hair in it. This is really messed up. Tried to call multiple times and no one answered the phone. This place is a joke!"

"I asked for fresh everything, and food was not fresh. And due to the line being long and I had somewhere to be I couldn't wait. And this is the very reason I really don't like coming to this Wendy's cause you will be disappointed. The chilli was about the ONLY thing HOT and fresh ."

"I went there on the way home from work and ordered a 444 only catch up on a cheeseburger and it was supposed to come with nuggets they asked me what kind of sauce I want it I said ranch and barbecue I get all the way home from fort Myers to Lehigh and come to find out they didn't even give me my damn nuggets or sauce and then as soon as I called nobody answered the phone favorite me off this was the second time it happened to me earlier was the ice cream shop"

"First, they got my order wrong and charged me for a combo that I didn't order. They gave me a Dave's double instead of a Baconator. Then I got nasty brown soggy lettuce on the spicy chicken sandwich. Finally, they would not answer the phone. They were not busy and they refused to answer the phone all 10 times I tried to call!!! The picture is of the lettuce on the chicken sandwich!!!"
