"We had the most well cooked fish that we've ever had at any restaurant here. No wonder the place is always packed. Prices are average. Specials run out because of the amount of traffic, no matter what day but anything you order is cooked to perfection... just delicious! We have been to lots of restaurants but I must say the food was spot on at Casey Key. This place was recommended by a friend, so had to try it and so glad we did. Now keep it hush, hush because it needs to be a locals secret!"

"Love this shack on the water. Old Florida! Our service was great. Friendly, efficient and attentive. The food was good but for the prices should have come from the kitchen with more cars and attention. Grouper sandwich served on an ice cold bun of some sort. Crab cakes thrown on a plate next to a pile of mediocre French fries."

"We went with another couple service was great I have food allergies to pepper and The server made sure the cook was aware and my chicken came out cooked perfectly and with out Seasoning. I will go again."

"This is a little secret gem of a place. Tiki bar on one side and restaurant with Al fresco dining on the other. Fresh catch of the day and great drinks. A must if your in the Siesta Key area."

"Casey Key Fish House is our must stop when we boat up and down the channel, but if you don't have a boat don't worry you can drive here too ;-) LOVE and I mean LOVE their Mussels in Garlic butter! I have had this dish at least 4 dozen times, its my go too and I think it gets better still with each visit. Their wraps and everything are amazing so don't shy away from the menu options. Great non super sour margaritas as well. Love the views, boat tie ups available, rent Jet ski's right from their parking lot. This is a must visit in FL for vacationers or locals."
