"Terrible staff leader is constantly showing her self as uncaring she don't care if the customer is there they ignore every one so once you start to order it becomes more incoherent disturbing and just plain uncomfortable environment with the morning team today they need training. After noon during the rest of the day the staff will never notice the menu items they dont have for sale so they go back and check like 3 times delaying your order process. They have other personal conversations so loud they forget to address customers when the orders are finished or ready."
"They are advertising MIDNIGHT COFFEE HOT and serving as COFFEE COLORED HOTWATER. THE COFFEE IS WEAKER THEN THE ORIGINAL COFFEE. DUNCAN CORPORATE WILL BE NOTIFIED WITH A SAMPLE OF WHAT IS BEING SOLD."
"Must be under new management again because it was a different experience this time. Fast, friendly, no mistakes in my order, just what I wanted."
"It’s been 20 min since we ordered and it’s taking them this long to make 2 bagels and a sandwich… and we are the only customers here … also, just completely rude and incompetent. We left without getting our order, they were not able to provide a refund because the manager was not available, going to just write it off with my credit card. Absolutely shocking have somebody can’t even make a bagel… mind blowing …"
"I use to always love coming here but the new manager Amber or whatever her name is was extremely rude to me just because I had to show her how to work the transaction ( I use to work at Dunkin) as soon as I helped her figure it out, she got extremely rude with me. Only employee that deserves to be manager there is a young lady named Haley. The manager is ego and power tripping. So I would avoid this place and the Mobil gas station location as well."
