"Line was extremely long so expect some delay but after ordering took me about 10 minutes to get one car back from the pick up window at 7:42 . Took the car at the window 11-12 minutes to receive all their order. Management should have pulled them forward to take care of those of us in line."

"The mens bathroom hasn't been able to lock in at least 3 weeks...Also I waited in line for about 5 minutes (which I don't mind) and when It came my turn to order the door dash person arrived and the DD employee stopped everything to help them for 3-4 minutes instead the people already here waiting... Just not a great way to run a business."

"Stopped in on a Monday morning for some bagels and OJ. They were out of almost all bagel varieties. Out of orange juice and apple juice. Hopefully it's just because of Thanksgiving holiday last week. The service was good. Girl had a great attitude, communication skills, and a smile. We'll give it another try later and hopefully update this review."

"We stopped in for a couple of lattes and some donuts. We didn't tell them we wanted hot lattes so they made them iced and we had to have them remade. But the staff did not complain and it was not a problem everything went smoothly. I'll go back again"

"I placed an online pick up order and when I got there none of my food was ready. They informed me that they didn’t have my breakfast wrap and asked what else can we get you I then said a ham and Swiss croissant they didn't have that either then found them but they were frozen so I couldn’t have that….I did not have time to guess what they had and didn’t. They said you can get your money back through the app. So I called customer service and they told me they will send the request over to a different department and expect a call in 1 to 2 business days to an answer whether I will get a refund…..what in the world? It’s one thing I didn’t get any of my food and I was in a hurry but now I don’t even know if I will get a refund… I feel this is poor customer service and no care and concern for the customers dollar. Very unsatisfied."
