"Domino's has become my new "go to", when ordering pizza. I used to not be a fan of their pizza growing up but I think the company might have changed something. Maybe their sauce, dough, cheese, whatever it is it turned out amazing. I usually get delivery and Domino's app lets me see my driver in real time. My pizza has never been late sometimes even early. Great, patient, friendly staff that always know how to put a smile on my face. On rare occasions I carry out the restaurant looks well organized and both the front and back of the kitchen is always clean. That's a huge plus for me."

"This Domino's used to go out of the delivery area with no problem. They just plain went out of their way to have a good business. I was satisfied since 1997. Then it had new ownership. I didn't know an order is thrown away! if one doesn't get there in a certain time I ordered, did some shopping on my way to pick it up, and when I arrived my whole $40plus order had been thrown away. No call from Domino's to see what the hold-up was, just throwing edible food in the garbage. I had a dumb phone but it worked for getting in touch with me. The order was an online special so I asked if they could repeat the order as I knew it was still in their computers. No could do. I asked to borrow someone's cell phone, even the Manager's, with whom I was speaking, since I lived 7 miles away and would have to go home where my computer was located. No. After much discussion, I was told I could not redo my order there, in any way. Had to leave to reorder. I told the Manager I knew he could recreate my order. He refused. Awful management. I left and did my order with my son over my phone, he being at the computer. I should have cancelled but was doing it for my son. Did get order. The Manager ended up saying he COULD have helped me more and I wouldn't have had to leave to redo my order. Stick the knife in and turn. What that Manager didn't know was that my father had died due to Alzheimer's and his heart working at 30%, less than a week before that day. A couple months later we ordered delivery, which I've done since 1997. After calling to conclude the order and discussing our order, the Owner, same person, said they won't be delivering out of area anymore. His demeanor was one like I was inconveniencing him. He didn't know I was the same person as before. Businesses are going down across the board. In this day and time, it's sad."
