"Price was different at the window than what was said at the drive thru order station. Had to ask for the 2 frostys that were ordered and he only brought one I ask about the 2nd. He said I only charged you for one. I think the bleach to his hair and ring in his nose has caused earing loss. And the lettuce on the double was wilted and brown.."
"Went thru drive thru, lady was nice, but,,, the fries were soggy, the buns looked dried out and microwaved, they were not fresh, the tops were peeling off It was a best, terrible!"
"Getting Frosties for my friend recovering in hospital, they are very tasty and nutritious, a great favorite with many people. But everything else is also great, fresh and tasty."
"Went through the drive thru. Food order wasn't correct. Wrong toppings and bacon was burned and dried out. Food was just ok. Service was fast but was given 2 different prices for meal. Was told one price over the speaker, when I got to the window it was a different price. Cannot recommend anything."
"Would have to say that food and service was great. However, at the time I was there the restaurant and especially the men's restroom, including the toilet, was messy and out of paper towels to dry your hands. The other downside was that they were out of so many drinks on their pop machine. Not sure if they were completely out, or just didn't have time to refill it. But, there was a big Christmas parade for the town that night. So, that might explain it all. Ate inside while the drive-thru was packed. As it often is for many fast-food restaurants these days. Just maybe needed more employees there with the huge parade many people had been waiting for and excited to see."
