"Do yourself a favor and do not go to this location. I went through the drive-through waited 25 minutes to not receive my food. I was told to wait out of the line which I did for 10 minutes. Then I went inside and asked for a manager. Still no food ready. And I only got nuggets and a drink. I asked for my money back. And I was asked for a receipt. No receipt was given to me in the drive-through. I left without my money. Do not go to this location. Awful customer service and communication."

"The food is excellent. It’s always hot. I go for breakfast every morning and the manager there is so superb. She is one of a kind always smiling. Always happy. She has a wonderful crew there to restaurant is very clean. Food is great. It’s nice to see a Wendy’s that’s clean the way that one’s clean and friendly faces."

"I’m jealous of those who have had good experiences here because each time I’ve come it’s an issue. A year and some time ago I was charged for 2 ordered in the drive through. I paid for my meal then pulled up to wait then the guy poked his head out the window to tell me to back up my car because “I didn’t pay” or “it didn’t go through” so me, not knowing gave my card again and ended up getting charged for someone else’s order. I called and i never got the issue resolved or got my money back. A few months ago I dined in and after wanted to get some ketchup for my leftover fries. I waited in line patiently as there were people ordering in front of me and when it was my turn the cashier literally turned her back to me and started bagging and calling other orders slow as hell. I understand there are other customers but I was completely ignored. It doesn’t make sense that every other person was taken care of but me. A “I’ll be right with you” or “is there anything you need” would have been nice. Now today we went in to order and first the manager’s attitude and tone towards the nice workers who were in training ruined the atmosphere. When we got our food the burger, nuggets, and fries were ice cold. The chili was hot but it was halfway full. And the sweet tea wasn’t available in the lobby. I blame everything on management . I always avoid this location when I can and go to the cypress gardens location, they’re much better, nicer, and fresher food."

"I just went through the drive through and ordered a number 10 with a chilli instead of fries. The chicken was suppose to be grilled and it is crispy and breaded. I have attempted to call several times and noone has answered. I also was not given a recipt so photo is listed below for proof. I will return tomorrow for my grilled chicken sandwhich like it is listed on the number 10 since noone will answer the phone."
