"We visited 1-20-24. I'd never had a fish sandwich with mustard and ketchup, but I must say it is surprisingly delicious. They have some of the best fried fish I've ever tasted at Mister Fish. The coleslaw and French fries are excellent too! That's all I can rave about since this was our first trip here. I'll be back."

"Worst customer service ever. Over charged for an order. I was asked to if I could just take it since I paid for it. Found another item that was missing. I called back and spoke to the manager. She was indifferent letting me know it was just at a few extra dollars that I paid. So I guess no big deal. Her solution was to call back next time and ask for her so she could take my order correctly. Tried to eat my sandwich the bread was soggy. The fish breading was coming off the fish. I won’t be back. Super sad. I used to love this place."

"After a not so good breakfast in Tampa this morning, we stopped in Lakeland for a Mister Fish sandwich. My 2nd time here and I must say the first time was much better. Everything is made to order so we had piping hot sandwiches, fries & coleslaw. Although the fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. I asked for tater sauce and they wanted to charge me 69cents. That was the straw that broke the camel’s back! If I already paid for a fish sandwich basket, why do I have to also pay for tater sauce. Good customer service would have been to give me the sauce and tell me next time there will be a charge. Can’t say I will go out of my way to stop here again."
