Wendy's

"This is a good Wendy's. . My salad was green, healthy and filling. The hamburger was fresh. Staff were friendly and they got my order right (I requested a specialty item).. it was perfect. I'd rather go to this Wendy's than the one near my house (3 miles away on the same road)"

"Food was really good, however, the drink counter was dirty and sticky. Dining area was also on the dirty side. Ladies room was clean. Drive thru had 3 cars and no one else in dining room. Staff not very friendly."

"Food was almost great. Chili from not yet ready pot was not wRm ND not done. Staff quickly and cheerfully fixed the issue with good chili. Burgers were quit tasty."

"Ordered two Jr. Bacon cheeseburger and the loaded baked potatoe for me and my wife. They gave me just lettuce between buns for both. No bacon, no beef, no cheese. The baked potatoes was also plain. No cheese or bacon on the potatoe and no fixings in the bag. I thought it was at the bottom with all the napkins and stuff but nope, nothing. How do you forget the most important part of a burger for two of them. This sort the first time they've messed up the order but it's usually just missing stuff and I catch it in the drive through but now I'm going to have to open each item just to make sure the main part is there. Just not going to come back to this one even though it's close by."

"My girlfriend and stopped at the exit on our way to Orlando and needed a bite. We ordered 2 salad combos no fries and UNSWEETENED ice tea as we are both diabetic. I mentioned at the drive thru to please make sure it's unsweetened not regular. After repeatedly, saying that I needed unsweetened iced tea of course she gives me regular iced tea which could cause a medical condition for both of us and a liability for the restaurant She woman was rude and had an attitude gave us our food. The salads looked like the they were thrown upside down, drinks were 80% full at best , I said could you please fill the cups to the maximum, she gives me an attitude. I saw a older gentleman there who I assumed was the manager and told him what had transpired and he was very apologetic and gave us a large instead of a medium to compensate for the error. That woman was meanwhile cussing in the background at another employee, so unprofessional but not surprising on account of how the " usual suspects" behave. I felt bad for the manager that he has to deal with these people ( I wouldn't even call them employees, they do not represent a company in a professional manner) I worked at a few fast food restaurants as a teenager I understand it's hectic and demanding but I always try to treat the customers the best I can as they are the ones who are supporting us. But this generation today who feels they are entitled and demand astronomical pay for poor customer service and work skills is appalling. The usual suspects have a disgusting attitude and worth ethic, and if I was a manager of that location, I would fire , those people. I understand help today is at a premium and difficult to attain, but you are doing yourselves a disservice having these people interact with customers and leaving with a bad taste in their mouth of the quality of service that we come to expect from Wendy's who has always perpetrated a higher standard."
