"The restaurant was not busy. There were only other two single parties in the dining area. I could not find one clean table to sit at, and there is lots of trash on the floor. The drink machine was disgusting. Look like it hadn’t had a good cleaning in a long time as well as the tea containers were gross. I don’t understand if there’s no customers why no one was cleaning. The food taste good and a service was excellent. I’m just scared because the dining room is in bad shape. What is the prep area like?"

"Very rude and disrespectful staff. I called to ask if they had the new Taki burrito and the guy said NO! And hung up. I tried to call back a few different times and all they would do is pick up the phone and hang it right back up. I have been buying all my Taco Bell exclusively from them since they opened. No one in my large family will ever go there again."

"I've never seen an eating establishment make such a positive turnaround! About two years ago, I SWORE I would never return to this location. They were routinely making us wait in the drive-through line about 30 minutes (their drive-thru is single-lane, with no exit) and still getting stuff wrong. The final straw was being kept in line over 45 minutes and then being gaslit by the incredibly unhurried, uninterested window attendant. My spouse (against my advice) started using them again this last month. After three visits with no drama, properly labeled wrappers, and extremely tasty food, I admit I was wrong: they HAVE fixed their problems. IDK what they did (management changes, general staff changes, proper training...) and I honestly don't care, because THIS is how a customer's fast food experience SHOULD be. Well done! Please, please, PLEASE keep it up!"

"A lot of one star reviews but I will say I live right by this Taco Bell and most of the time it slaps (is good). I think they have rotated staff and gotten better employees recently but the last 10 times I went, food was always fresh and steaming hot, service was quick, staff were friendly. This is drive thru though so I can’t speak for the dine in groups. I usually go after work or late night 5:00pm to 11:00pm"

"The food here is quaaaality. The sushi variety fusion with Latin elements is unique and savory. Think fancy food without the pretentiousness of the small quantities. The amount is actually hefty and the drinks are fulfilling. If you haven't tried this place, then add it to the top category of your list."
