"Salad bar was disgusting, lettuce was brown and slimy, asked for fresh lettuce and that was no different. Staff was rude and not accommodating what so ever. They didn’t even have straws for the drinks. Won’t be going back waste of money."

"We enjoyed the Cicis that was on Hwy 98 North, there were more food choices, the place was bigger, more space to move around. At this Cicis Pizza, there were limited food choices, and the place was so small, I took my mother there in a wheelchair and it was a struggle to get her around, I try to get her to the restroom but there was a good sizeable family sitting at the entrance to the restroom blocking the entrance, because that's where they put a family size table. I enjoy Cicis Pizza, but I'm not sure that I would go back to this one."

"Good service and good pizza. Everyone was friendly and dirty dishes were cleared fast. Went for one of my granddaughters 7th birthday, lots of fun games for the kids."

"Where do I start? Management absolutely amazing! When you have good management you have good staff and guess what they were absolutely amazing! I wasn't sure who she was until the end. I actually approached her to ask her name and I found out that she was the manager, her name was Carol or Caroline. I first asked for a special Pizza to be made and of course she was very happy to take care of that. I've had gastric bypass surgery so I can't have but a little bread. I tasted the topping to a custard dessert and it was delicious so I actually asked her if she can make me the dessert minus the bread and she did happily! Everything was clean, smiling faces and it meant the world to me because I don't get a visit with my grandchildren often unless it's a day they have off for school. We will be back! Great job!"

"The manager was super great he definitely knows how to run a store. *Edit**** idk where the manager went to but this store is terrible. I will never come back here again. Can you believe they charged me 14$ for these wings. They wouldn't make a new batch. To top it off it taste like the wings were pre cooked earlier during the day and re heated for my family. I hope I don't get food poisoning from this place. I'm so annoyed I paid over 50 $ to eat at this place and provide garbage. The only thing that was nice was our server . He was super sweet. He needs to be managing."
