"Just filled out an application for crew team member already called in for an interview on Wed at 2 pm this would be my second job ever first job I had was at a warehouse I was always cussed out and even yelled at even though I just started and even professionals had easier jobs than me at the warehouse most people were quitting and I just couldn't take that stress so crazy part is same day I quit the warehouse job is the same day I was called for an interview with McDonald's for someone to experience that amazing blessing, gotta be lucky and determined for that one I giving McDonald's a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating thank you McDonald's for the job opportunity and the fact that I was called for an interview straight off the back"

"I was a regular here. Went through drive through and had a question regarding a charge after receiving half of my order. Alexis told me she was too busy to help me but to pull forward and wait. I did, however nobody came out and at this point I didn’t care, just wanted my food. Came inside to grab the rest of my food and called for help at the counter. She looked at me three times and ignored me. Was finally helped by a gentleman and they claimed I didn’t get my food because I “drove off” even though they instructed me to pull forward and I was sitting in front of the pickup window. As a manager myself, the customer service here is a joke."

"The morning shift staff at this location needs an attitude adjustment. I frequent this location because it's on my way to work but after today, I will not! As always, I ordered a Large French Vanilla iced coffee. On multiple occasions it's either extremely sweet or 90% milk. Today it was 99% milk! Using the "McDonald's app) is supposed to "save time". Well not the case! After receiving my order, I told the young lady at the window that it looked like a cup full of milk. Kindly, she proceeded to tell me the ingredients. I get this daily, so I'm aware. I then go inside. A lobby full of guests that appeared to be tired of waiting a long with several Door Dashers who were waiting as well were standing there. After well over 5 minutes, a young lady walks up to the register and just stares at me with a full attitude. Because I was late, I didn't address THAT issue! She takes the cup around the corner and the male manager with the Mohawk, told her to "pour the other one out". However, when she brought me my cup back, it looks and tastes EXACTLY like the MILK I gave her. The customer service was totally unacceptable! The owner of this location needs to see who and what is bringing this location down!!!! Totally unacceptable!!!!!! I only rated a 1 because that's the lowest possible rating. **The seasoned lady that normally works at the first drive thru window is always courteous, Christian and professional.** ***Updated 12/12/23...I went to a different McDonald's and notice the difference in the color of iced coffee when it's not a cup full of milk***"

"As from my reviews, I will visit a fast food restaurant seldomly. My boyfriend and I spend at least $350 in the grocery store, twice a month. Nonetheless, the parking lot was clean. Bathrooms clean and stocked. The young lady at the front counter who tendered my cash payment was polite, attentive, and professional. The female who expedited my food mirrored the same temperment. The only reason why I did not grant a 5 out of rating is due to the kitchen. As seen from my photos, I ordered 2 McDoubles, without cheese, on both. and received two single junior hamburgers."

"Tried this McDonald’s a couple of times. And the food is never fresh or hot. It looks like it’s been sitting there for a while. It’s worth driving somewhere else. Ok. It’s been 11 months since my last review and it has not improved. Stale fries. Stale nuggets. Management need to get it together. Definitely don’t recommend!"
