"Unfortunately, every time I order for some reason I have a bad experience. Problems with the curbside ordering app and I have to get off and order inside, some employees are friendly, and some are not. The clothing is not uniform and looks in very bad taste. They should uniform everyone equally with good polos and not those cheap t-shirts. They don't look like kitchen or customer service employees. They look like garbage collectors or cleaning employees. I have seen managers or supervisors on the phone and the store in a rush. There is no organization to lighten the lines. If it's fast food, you shouldn't have to wait 20 or 30 minutes for a meal and it's happened to me. When you order through drive-thru you feel pressured to order in a hurry with the way they approach the customer when they are ordering. They don't give you ketchup unless you ask for it. On multiple occasions, you ask for nuggets and sauce and they don't give it to you. They don't give you napkins or give you straws. They should change the glass to a foam one because they always give you the soft drinks and then they send you to wait in a parking lot for the food and the soda's ice melts. They make you wait for the food and the cold chips inside the bag. I have decided to buy in another location because I have had too many bad experiences with this location."

"Soooo, crazy story. Last night, my girlfriend was on her way home from work and finally was able to get something to eat. Earlier last night she had been texting me that all she was thinking about was a cheeseburger, which she was stopped at this McDonald’s for, which is honestly our like, area McDonald’s for where we live. She got her cheeseburger, and came home where she sat down at the counter, starving and ready to eat. Unfortunately, they decided to add the extra pickles, but not the actual cheeseburger. Which is strange, there was an imprint on the bottom bun where said cheeseburger would have been, but alas, in the words of Wendy’s, where’s the beef? Weird flex, McDonald’s crew. I usually give you guys the benefit of the doubt, as the countless times you have shafted me on my orders, but this was a step too far. Double-check not only bags, people, but it seems like you also have to make sure you actually got your meats as well, because unlike Arby’s, this McDonald’s doesn’t always have the meats."

"My fries were old and cold and my large fry was filled half way. I literally work beside the winndixie around the corner. No reason my fries should have been ice cold and old tasting."

"Avoid this location. Since moving nearby in the last several months, we've tried this McDonalds several times. Every time something is wrong and the food taste like garbage. I'm done giving chances. I'm shocked we haven't gotten food poisning from this place."
