"THE SERVICE AND FOOD TONIGHT WAS HORRIBLE! THE SHORT LADY THAT WAS BAGGING THE FOOD I GUESS SHE IS THE MANAGER SHE WAS VERY RUDE THE MAN AT THE WINDOW WAS JUST AS NASTY HE CLOSED THE WINDOW ON ME TWICE WHILE I WAS IN MID SENTENCE! SHE WAS IN THE BACKGROUND YELLING BECAUSE THE MAN WALKED AWAY FROM THE WINDOW THINKING I WAS DONE BUT IF HE WOULD HAVE WAITED HE WOULD HAVE SEEN I WAS TRYING TO GIVE HIM MY SAUCE IN EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT ONE SO BECAUSE HE WALKED OFF SHE GOT MAD BECAUSE I WAS HOLDING UP HER DRIVE THROUGH WHICH AT THAT POINT I DIDNT CARE YOU GONNA GIVE ME WHAT I ASK FOR. THEN I COME HOME MY FISH SOFT MY SHRIMP STUCK TOGETHER IT WAS HORRIBLE I COULDNT EVEN EAT ALL MY FOOD THE RICE AN BEANS WERE SEASONLESS IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH! I’ve had better service from them before they have they nights where I’m disappointed and I keep it going but TONIGHT WAS A NIGHT I COULDNT GO WITHOUT A REVIEW BECAUSE I WAS BEYOND LIVID! CORPORATE WILL BE HEARING FROM ME BECAUSE THATS HOW LIVID I AM!!"

"Metal shred cooked on chicken wings. The reason I'm posting this, even though I got my money back is for two reasons. First reason is for awareness to check your chicken. The second reason is because the gentleman who handled the issue took no responsibility and even said he didn't see anything when I brought the food back, showing him the piece of chicken with the metal shard. He basically made it seem like I was making it up and he was doing me a favor for refunding my money. I asked if he needed me to show him again and he said "no." I would've liked for his response to include looking into it further to see where the metal shred came from since it was clearly cooked on, so something fell into the grease while the chicken was being cooked. My family and I won't be returning to this location."

"Ordered Uber eats and my shake on the top wasn’t even sealed and safe. Chicken sandwich is flat AF and the picture is big. Fries were decent. What kind of service is this."

"The food is okay, nowhere near as good as the Fowler location. Pay attention to your totals because they will upsell the drinks without asking. Overall, it is a decent restaurant but starting to not be worth the price. The picture attached is the #2 combo."

"The worst experience today when I ordered the #3. You get 10free shrimp and they have to be the same way as the plate… what happened to Customer Service!!!! The Manager Aran is the one who claimed they can’t do it… I will make sure people don’t come here!!!! I eat here often and this has never been a problem before."
