"We've been coming to Tijuana Flats for years, but unfortunately have seen this place also decline over time. For starters, the service is always friendly and pleasant. The issue is with the food quality and cleanliness. Our chicken tacos were nothing but a shell full of lettuce and cheese and a few small pieces of actual chicken sprinkled at the bottom. This has happened the past few times visiting. Also, all of the tables had a sour smell due to being wiped down with old dirty cloths or water, resulting in the restaurant having an off odor. Need to use a good disinfectant cleaner. Restrooms are not very clean either. I'm only writing this after experiencing this multiple times. Very disappointed."

"Very bright and engaging atmosphere. I was scared to go in thinking the line would be way too long. However to my surprise the girl at the register was able to get everyone in and out quickly. I was very happy to know I can always come here on my lunch break!"

"The service is outstanding always. The food is always delicious and made to order. There are a few dessert options, and they are all delicious. I ordered the Queso Blanco Carnitas Chimichanga and I ordered Churro Bites for dessert. I highly recommend both. I give this place all 5’s but something is wrong with the site and would not allow me to press 5, but it’s all 5’s always."

"I would like to start off by saying the service was so nice and pleasant. I am giving such a low score due to the lack of taste and effort put into making the actual food. The tortilla was not toasted, my Husband’s food was cold, and his burrito was not filled properly. We were ecstatic to eat here, but we were let down buy the food. The only thing that was good was the chips and salsa."

"Tijuana Flats is a local Tex-mex chain located in Brandon, FL. It’s known for its hot sauce and other favorites including tacos. The decor is newly updated; and has murals on the walls that are aesthetically pleasing. The service is friendly and quick; and got our chips and queso almost immediately. The food itself is very good. The chips and queso are harmonious; which makes a good flavor. The steak flautas were chunky, but combined with the queso and hot sauce made a very good flavor. Overall, would recommend Tijuana Flats for good Tex-mex."
