"Tina the red hair always takes care of me. Her attitude is different from some of the other staff members. She is always friendly and considerate and very passionate with the guest. She always goes out of the way to make up when the store is out of something. It's hard to find people that do that anymore these days."

"The only reason I come to this Dunkin’ is because it’s convenient. They never give or ask if you want a receipt. The wait is very long no matter what time of day. They never give extra ice. I did not ask for sugar in my coffee. The sticker read it had 3 sugars. The employee went in the back and I know for sure that she just took the sticker off and waited before she gave it back to me, because it had the same exact color as it did before. The owner and management does not care about customer service or quality at all."
"This gotta be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts Ive ever been to anyway. I totally understand why people are Karen’s in situations like this anyway. I went there in the morning to get a chi latte and got a cup of milk with ice. I had to stop turn around and get something else cause a cup of milk is crazy and got a cold brew coffee that tasted like water. The only good thing are workers who were very nice. But the manager is just letting anything go out the window"
