"I have been to this location many times since it opened. The food is always up to McDonald's norm for quality. It comes out hot which I really enjoy (nothing more disappointing than less that hot fries and burgers or cold breakfast sandwich). The restaurant is generally clean, but they are challenged by the number of kids that pass through after school releases each day. The staff is very friendly and Austin works hard to maintain a high service standard and clean restaurant."
"I placed an online order for pickup. I ordered a mocha frappe, when I tasted it, it had a strawberry taste. I’m not sure if they put strawberry shake mix in or something was expired. I called to notify the store and Joyce answered the phone. She was very rude and immediately told me there’s no way that could have happened, I offered to bring the frappe back and she and hung up."
