"The sausage is top shelf. Had a great flavor, it was tender, and juicy. I also tried the brisket. It was moist and It is better than Dickies, 4 rivers, and Top Choice. It's not Lockhart, TX good, but it will do for FL. The beans are also good. I haven't tried the pork yet"
