"I order from the Waters Avenue location in Tampa quite often. I usually put in a catering order for a large group 10 people or more, and they always do a lovely job. Liliana, the manager is amazing. Today in particular, I went in to pick up a catering order, but we quickly realized I had put it for the wrong date and was actually scheduled for pick up tomorrow. She quickly hustled to get it ready for me in 10 minutes or less so that I could still deliver it to my practice today for lunch, the entire staff work together with a smile on their face to help me. I can’t say enough about them they always do a great job and my Offices always rave about their lunch. Fresh, healthy, flavorful!!"

"They repetitively mess up your order and miss things, and you never get a refund. They give you the spine and some other few weird pieces of the bird that have no meat and mainly marrow and bones."

"The food is remarkably great, and since the renovations under new management recently, the dining room is cleaner and more comfortable although it has a spartan decor and atmosphere. It's fine enough for very casual dining, and our best experience has been when we eat in the restaurant. We recommend ALWAYS checking the accuracy of your takeout and drive-thru orders before you leave the premise! We have had several meals packaged without items we paid for, or the incorrect item included, which wasn't discovered until we arrived home. (I must have paid for three or four desserts I never received.) The management offered to fix it if we returned, but it happened so many times, we gave up and just decided that the food is SO GOOD we'll still come back, but we do not leave without checking EVERYTHING is correct in the order."

"Our food looked nothing like the adverted product. There were things missing from each dinner and the food was mediocre. Our first experience was incredible in Homestead Fl but this was truly bad. While I understand they were busy there was little effort at presentation. Totally different experience than the first time. Probably wont go back. Was definitely not worth the $34 we paid!!!"
