"I order online for pickup and I get to the store and they say no lettuce... How can you stay open? Btw this is in a strip mall with a grocery store. Pretty sure they can buy some lettuce there. So I tell them to cancel my order... But there is no clear way for me to get my money back. And even more sinister to protect themselves from people ordering online and not picking it up and paying. The app makes you pay up front. No I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company and I have to waste my time complaining about Subway. No one will read this anyway."

"Horrible experience! Waited around for 15 minutes and they wouldn’t even take my order. They were too busy doing online orders and putting cheese on bread!! Absolutely ridiculous!! I had to work and wasted all the time I had in here!! Save yourself the trip!! Place an online order because they don’t care about the walk in customers at all!!"

"Food is good as usual but the owner here is not friendly at all. I feel like I’m causing an inconvenience for him. I went in there tonight and he just looked at me. No hello or what can I get you. I hope it’s not his normal day personality or this store will not make it. Maybe there’s a story behind his misery but I’ve been here probably ten times and always the same. Store is always clean and food is good. Other than that, I try to stay away unless my wife makes me go there to get her a sub."
