"Walking through Safety Harbor, FL and stumbled upon the Bar Fly restaurant. The food, service and atmosphere were all great. Our server Anthony was the best. Anthony was very attentive, helpful and always smiling. The wedge salad is huge and the grouper was excellent."

"Good food! Tuna bowl was fresh and delicious! A lot of locals- play cornhole out back while waiting or get a drink at outdoor bar. Bartender out back rude and music inside too loud to have conversation but wait staff great and all food delicious"

"The drinks were good, especially the silver margaritas. Crab legs in the Bar Fly Bait Bucket were fresh at lunch time. Service was friendly despite a very big crowd .We had a nice time and look forward to coming back. Update! Came back a second time for dinner. We were excited to have another nice time, which just happened to be on a slow night. We were taken to our table right away. We waited 20-25 minutes, and we were not even given a glass of water. Asked a busboy if he could get our server. He brought us water and said she would be right out. Ten minutes went by, and we were so frustrated and got up and left out of frustration and went down the street to the left to another restaurant, and had a great dining experience, despite not having a reservation and packed. The service there was impeccable and food delicious. Amazing the different perspectives one can get. I will give bar fly the benefit of the doubt it was a fluke evening."

"My friend and I really enjoyed our afternoon outside on the patio. It was warm, comfortable, the wine and beer was great, and our server Julien was very attentive t our wants!!! The smash burger was cooked perfectly as ordered with good flavor, the shrimp was spicy and just as we expected. Similar to Bang Bang shrimp at Bonefish grill. The patio was dog friendly, very clean indoors and outdoors with lots of space. A space for live music, but we were there late afternoon, so no music. We definitely want to return with our husbands."

"What a great find this restaurant was! The atmosphere is extremely chill and the servers are very attentive and friendly. The food was fantastic. I had the blue pointe oysters which were huge and the shallot vinaigrette was on point. Also had the sesame seared tuna which was perfectly cooked and the wasabi cucumber sauce was amazing. The wife had the bucket of crab and that was awesome as well. Nestled in the heart of downtown Safety Harbor the location is great. Definitely will be back"
