"Me and my sister come here for our favorite waitress. The food is always good. Small spot but cute little breakfast diner. Today they were pretty busy. Yet Danielle always makes sure to keep our coffee hot and attention on her tables. She is very personable with all the people who come in. This is why we love her and follow her at the locations she works. The only issue we had was watching the one girl play with her hair and braids right at the cashier counter. As well, she was on her phone while other employees were running around busy working . Funny thing is I saw a sign that said NO CELL PHONES, taped to their wall for employees. (Only saw that waiting for the 1 restroom for women). I could also hear her talking about another employee. Nothing that wouldn't make us not return but to others I'm sure her playing with her hair while working with food may be their last visit. We will return. Today we had the Chipped beef (which is so yummy) and my sister had the 222 meal she always gets. Good service and such great regulars to chat with."

"Once in a while we like to go out and enjoy a nice breakfast. We decided to try this place. When we went, the place was full but we were able to get seated right away. They have a good selection of choices on the menu. The server came over a little after that to take our drink order. The food was good! .The omelettes are flavorful but I have seen bigger omelettes. The French toasts was good as well and came with fresh fruit! The only reason why I would not come back to this restaurant is the coffee. It was so weak and had no flavor and was like water. The best thing about sitting down and enjoying a great breakfast is having that great cup of coffee in the.morning. They really fall short here and they should evaluate about changing the coffee. The orange juice was from concentrate so it was ok. Overall, the food came out in a reasonable time and the service was spot on given how busy the place was. They were reasonably priced so I give them 4 stars."

"Doing some early doctor visits and in the mood for Brunch, decided to go back to Flapjacks, having been there once before. It was busy but we were seated right away. Kennedy, our smiling and vivacious server, brought menus and waters. My wife went for the special Mexican Scramble with onions, green peppers, eggs, jalapeños, chorizo and pepper jack cheese and a side of whole wheat toast. I chose the Irish Bennie with corned beef hash and a side of grits. Both meals were excellent. The Scramble was delightful and had a nice heat. My Bennie was a delicious twist on a classic. Great food, excellent service, well worth a visit."

"If you're looking for a delicious breakfast spot, look no further than Flapjack's of Safety Harbor! I recently had the pleasure of dining there and was blown away by the incredible food and service. I ordered the Mexican Omelette with added salsa and home fries, and let me tell you, it was a breakfast masterpiece. The omelette was filled with spicy chorizo and jalapenos, and the flavors were absolutely amazing. The home fries were perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. But the real star of the show were the pancakes. They were light, fluffy, and buttery, and melted in my mouth with each bite. I could have eaten a whole stack of them! To wash it all down, I enjoyed a piping hot cup of coffee that was freshly brewed and delicious. But what really made my experience stand out was the wonderful service provided by my server, Mikayla. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure that everything was just right. Overall, I would give Flapjack's of Safety Harbor a perfect score of 10/10 for both the food and the visit. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by for a meal that you won't soon forget!"
