Steak 'n Shake

"As a door dasher I've never had slower service, they wasted a bunch of time I could've been getting other deliveries & possibly costed me a tip from our mutual customer due to the wait for 1 shake. I wasn't greeted, noone was up front, they were all busy in the back which was good teamwork for themselves so I'll give them that but someone should be on lobby duty especially if you're offering delivery services. The wait was 15 mins at least. Unacceptable!"

"The old lady with the short haircut was very rushy and I was tryna tell her that it’s call fried onions that I want on my burger instead she gave me grilled onions when I politely ask her for fried and it look like they just threw the sandwich together any type of way I had also ask her for barbecue sauce she gave me a container of barbecue sauce that I never got before usually I get the barbecue sauce that’s sealed up to where you peal it open and I was asking her why did she give me that other barbecue sauce if you knew you had the other one she gone say “cause the other one 50 cent “ but aren’t they both barbecue sauce that makes me wonder were you tryna give me some nasty barbecue purposely do anything just throwing me around any type of way and she told me she’s the owner and I never ask who she was and she said don’t come back I wonder is she discriminating , usually when you ask for barbecue sauce from steak and shake they always give the 2nd one on the 2nd picture but she told someone not to come back to that nasty steak shake nobody was even in that line anyways so who your hurting there’s plenty of other respectful clean, patient people and other steak and shakes"

"First time having steak and shake while visiting Florida. They are understaffed at Oldsmar and had a sign at the drive thru. Took 34 mins with only 4 cars in front of me to get my meal. The burger and shake was pretty good, but the fries were over salted and not sure if that's how it's suppose to be, but I couldn't enjoy it. Everyone had to wait as they rolled up, but there's a sign that says they will be with us as soon as they can. The car infront of me waited for 2 mins and said "hello!". The staff yelled back "ill get to you when I get to you" and waited another 3-4 mins."

"The service here was not good. There was no one to take our order. The order had to placed on a kiosk. The operation of the self order kiosk was confusing. It 3 attempts to get the machine to accept my order. The food was good and served hot and very quickly. The burger basket was reasonably priced. The fries were tasty and served hot. The milkshake was large and a very good price because it was "happy hour". The restaurant was clean and neat."

"Great burgers but incredibly slow service despite there being almost no one in the restaurant. Chef way too slow. Manager did apologize. Don’t recommend if you’re on a lunch break with time restrictions."
