"I went to pick up a uber eats order and the employee Danny refused to make the subs, he told me he didnt have the chicken so i contacted the customer to see if they wanted a replacement, the employee didnt want to speak to the customer so i gave the customer the options the employee gave me, when the customer said they wanted steak the employee said he didnt want to make the subs and started yelling at me and told me to leave the store, the employee did this while I had the customer on the phone. I would hope that corporate would consider the fact that uber had 3 of us come here today and to be treated like this was so unprofessional"

"We definately did not get the 33% more meat on any of our 3 sandwiches when we got them home. For example the "titan" turkey, on the 1st half that was eaten of the 12 inch sandwich it only had maybe 4 pieces of turkey. Next time will go in and watch sandwiches being made and not order through app as it is not worth the 50% off each second in price and get 50% in all the sandwiches."

"I have to say I will never eat at subway again. the service sucked the food sucked. and I hope and pray to God that I don't get food poison. the lettuce looked bad. the counters were dirty not cleaned. and there was no meat on my sub. where is the meat"

"This location continuously got an order wrong yesterday, which caused overpayment for subs due to Uber fees. My wife ordered a ham sub. When the original order was delivered with turkey, she ordered another. However, the second ham sub was also a turkey sub. My wife works as a nurse and was trying to get a quick meal before she had to leave for work. There was no time to go to the actual location, hence is why Uber was utilized. I ended up having to go to another location on my way home and get a ham sub for her. I tried contacting the Tampa Road location several times by phone, but nobody ever answers. We spent nearly $60 in sub sandwiches yesterday just to get one correct ham sub!"
