"I went here tonight to get take out since I have been here several times in the past. Ordered a steak bowl with black beans, rice, and only white queso on top. Pretty simple order, I thought. Got home and opened it up, and all there was, at best, a cup of food. It was black beans, a tiny bit of steak, with a small amount of queso. Picture in your mind how that looked with absolutely not 1 grain of rice. Then I choked when I looked at my bank account and saw they charged me over $15! Just wow!! They were so busy filling orders for the youth football team members that showed up right before me that they totally neglected my measily order. Needless to say..... I will be going somewhere else next time. I wish I had taken a picture as my description can't even do it justice."

"This burrito joint was very interesting inside. Lots of colorful decor with a very urban feel. The size of the burrito was very generous but I thought it was filled with too much lime rice and not enough protein. I enjoyed the hot sauce bar because it allowed me to try different spice levels and flavors. Overall, it a pretty good lunch spot."

"I love Tijuana Flats. It's food is so good, and I take a particular liking to the beef tacos. When I go, it typically isn't really full, so we get our food fast. The atmosphere is really cool, with all the paintings on the celling, and the wall art. My only complaint is the chips are a bit bland, but I can write that off. 5/5, I love this place."

"Given some of the recent negative reviews, I almost didn't try this place. I'm glad I went out on a limb. Whatever service problems they may have been struggling with weren't a problem the day my family was there. In fact, the friendly service was top notch. The food was also excellent and fresh, and everyone from age 8 to 45 really enjoyed their meal. Highly recommend!"

"Awesome hot sauce selection. The nachos needed more cheese, which is extra. The street corn chicken quesadillas were delicious, but a little pricey for the amount of food. It's not the best Mexican food around but a very nice location and great service."
