"Horrible service! Server brought my sausage gravy out 15 minutes before my food came out, so I ate cold gravy. He also brought my grandson's drink in a glass jar instead of a kid's cup. Never got a drink refill and he never even came back after we got our food. This guy had the personality of a flea. He will cost you customers!"

"After church a meal took over an hour. Our server most likely forgot to put in our order. It was busy but when groups seated after us were getting up to leave and we hadn't even been served it was upsetting...hangry anyone? The manager comped our meal, changed servers, and the food was delicious which is why I didn't give them the 1 star rating I was going to when I was still hungry."

"First time getting Thanksgiving meals to go. Wont be doing that again. Nearly 30 minutes later than my scheduled pick up time when I set days ago. Did not bring it out to my car as the web site said. Several other people also waiting outside. Not sure what I tipped for. I can forgive all that because everyone is short handed and it was Thanksgiving. My biggest problem was how all of the food was just thrown in a container smashed together. It was basically one big pile of food. Impossible for me to remove the dressing which I don't like as I planned. Quality also not good. I have had Thanksgiving in the restaurant before and it wasn't bad. Please stop offering to go options for Thanksgiving if it can't be done. If your going to charge that much there are higher expectations for the product. I can not recommend doing this for Thanksgiving any less. I could kick myself for not taking a picture of this mess so I could post it."

"Placed an Online order and received raw sausage pattys, We made a complaint and the manager J told us we could get new sausage today, or they couldn't do anything else, Was expecting maybe the next time we went we could get a new set, and we had already eaten everything else and was full, Disappointed and we won't be back. Those are two different sausage pattys."
