"First and last time I order at this location! Medium 2 topping hand tossed. Skimpy on the toppings. I didn't get the extra sauce I asked for. And it wasn't hot. It was warm. You can always tell when you pick up the box. Whoever made that pizza was either tired, didn't want to be there or just lazy! It wasn't "Pizza Hut" quality. Update: Well I tried it again. No good! I'm done! I rather drive 7 miles out of my way to get better food at another Pizza Hut location!!"

"Last night we ordered a BBQ pizza for my friends. We ate half of it already because we were very hungry but when we got it, it was so plain and no BBQ on it whatsoever. We called to see if we can pick up BBQ sauce from the store. We weren’t even asking for a refund or trying to cause any trouble at all. When we called in to ask the white guy for some sauce on the phone, he responded in a rude way as if he didn’t want to be bothered and hung up the phone. He also said he’s not stupid because he thought we were lying to him. We decided to bring the pizza back in for him to look at it because where do you see BBQ sauce?!?!? When we got there he was very rude and then even managed to touch the pizza with his fingers when we asked him where the BBQ sauce was. We ended up just getting a refund even though that’s not what we initially wanted. It didn’t have to be that way at all. They really need to fix their customer service at this place because it’s horrible. I work in the service industry myself and I get it. Some people are hard to deal with but again, we weren’t being rude or disrespectful to him at all. We just wanted some BBQ sauce on the side. Instead, he was disrespectful for no reason, so for someone to talk back like that is ridiculous and they should not be working in that type of industry. Never coming back!! And I hope that guy gets fired."

"I originally tried to order on the website but the website wasn't working so i called. My total order was $34.74 including delivery but my card was charged $39.95. My order was also not correct. I called the store & asked for a manager. The girl said she was transferring me then some Hispanic dude came on the phone, not a manager asking me questions. I asked him for his name. He said I had to answer his questions before getting his name. Check your receipts when you order because is over charging. They charged me 15% when i said i was tipping in cash. This makes me question every time I ordered & tipped cash."
