"Order 2 double cheeseburgers. One only had 1 piece of cheese the other one had 2. Checking back in to see if I had a response from McDonalds and nope. I don't believe this is acceptable. This is why I don't eat at this location."

"How this place has managed to mess up on a 6 piece happy meal 7 times now. SEVEN. Is beyond me. This is my stop once a week/week and a half that I don’t cook and hit on my way home from work to grab my daughter a happy meal, and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. They have messed it up. We either receive a 4 piece, they try to give her soda instead of water, they forgot the fries this time and last time. It’s always something. Just once I’d like to receive what I ordered and paid for."

"Ordered 2 identical iced coffees this morning and when we got to the pickup window they handed us the large iced coffee almost overflowing WITH NO LID and said “we don’t have any lids for this because of the whipped cream so we couldn’t put one on.” they didn’t even offer a flat lid they just handed it to us like this. Not to mention the coffees themselves weren’t made correctly even after going over the order multiple times over the speaker and at the window. This is the only McDonald’s in the area that can’t seem to get a coffee order right and now you’re handing people in cars coffees with no lids and the management thinks this is acceptable? This is absolutely ridiculous and the manager that stood right there and watched the girl hand this cup out the window needs to be fired, if you can’t figure out how to fill the cup and still get a lid on if you’re out of domes then maybe this isn’t the job for you."
