Pizza Hut

"I ordered a pizza with pepperoni, onions, mushroom, ham and green peppers for delivery Jan 27th and some other items total was around 56.00 (we ordered a lot of food lol) and of course the specialty pizza mentioned above was not made correctly but was definitely charged for each additional topping and I called and spoke to the manager on for the night and was offered to remake the pizza or have a "credit on file for next time I would like to use it" and I accepted the "credit" I asked if the entire amount will be free for next time including delivery and I was told absolutely that it would be under my phone number, WELL tonight I was going to use that "credit" and called and was told NOPE no credit under that phone number and was offered a discount on the pizza this ONE time by the manager! Like really NO I don't want a discount I wanted what was promised to me before so unfortunately I will NOT be ordering from this pizza hut again and giving 50.00 plus every time we order from them! I guess it is not my loss but theirs. Sorry for such a long review but needed to vent!"

"Never had a problem until now. I did an order through the app for delivery and called the store right after to confirm that everything was good...delivery and address. I was told everything was good to go. So, I waited and waited. About an hour and 15 minutes later I still didn't get my pizza. I called back and I was told everything was ordered for pick up...which I didn't place the order for. They said they were gonna reimburse my money and make a fresh pizza. So I looked at my bank account it looked like they had refunded it back but then charged my bank again. So I called back about that issue and someone answered acting unprofessional. I'm the type of person that isn't gonna put up with nonsense like that. I'll be taking my services elsewhere if people like that are gonna act like children."

"CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKSSS!!!! THEY ARE SO RUSE WHEN TRYKNG TO PLACE AN ORDER VIA PH WITH THEM! EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL. I HOPE SHE GOT MY ORDER RIGHT AS SHE DIDNT CONFIRM MY ORDER, RUSHED ME OFF THE PHONE AND HUNG UP ON ME!"

"Never had a problem with them until today. My food was cold, delivery driver claim to not know where the ER was to drop off my food at the front desk just so he could get a tip, I had to leave out of my surgical work area because couldn’t find the emergency dept."

"We order pizza from this store all the time as it is our favorite pizza!!! But today, we are very disappointed. I ordered the same thing I always order, a large stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese and extra sauce. The pizza was delivered over cooked, dark brown, completely dry and tough. Definitely no extra sauce. But I thought, mistakes happen no big deal. So I called the store, spoke to a manager, who was very nice and offered to send out a remake. Sweet! So we waited an hour for another pizza to be delivered and this one is more burnt than the first one. I’m super sad to say I think we need to find another pizza place because my kids won’t even touch this pizza. Look at the photo of a cheese pizza from the website, vs the pizza I received below-"
