"They keep getting my order wrong, it has happened twice already. I know I should check also before I leavef the drive thru but with about 10 items, it's really hard to go through the whole bag without taking a few more minutes and holding up the line."
"This place is a mess on customer service, I told the drive through operator 3 times what I wanted for my order. She would had got it right if the headset wasn't being used as a conversation tool!! An 6 dollars more for sour cream on a taco box is outrageous!! I can get taco season and everything from Walmart for 12$"
"Please stop asking if I want sauce on my pickup/delivery orders if you aren't going to include them. It is very frustrating to realize my favorite fast food place has not paid attention to my requests 3 times in a row. Don't include the option to choose sauce and quantity on your to go/ delivery orders. I'm sorry I don't have time to drive and pick up during work hours all the time, customers should get the same service no matter what method they use."
"Awesome drive-through experience. The worker on the drive-thru was very clear and funny. Made our order and everything was fresh and hot. The server was so nice he even bought some frozen drinks for the kids. My order was incorrect but the server changed it with no problem. Definitely, you see the new changes over at this Taco Bell on Hillsborough."
