"This is our local spot where we use to come 3 days a week. Everytime we come we are disappointed! It's always something, whether it's the food, the drinks, dirty plates etc. However, After not coming for almost a year, I must say Christian is the BEST THING that has ever happened to this place in 18yrs I've lived here. Great personality, Great patience, his energy is great. Very friendly, polite, well mannered. Best service I've received here in Years! Sad to say it feels like he is being set up to fail. Friday Night 8-10p, we ordered drinks, but there was only 1 bartender with a full bar, took 25min for 1 drink. we took advantage of an all you can eat special, took 30min for fried shrimp. another 30min for some boneless wings.. Christian is a guy I'd love to see succeed, but upsetting to see it won't happen here. Best of luck to you Christian."

"We were sat quickly, however, the server did not come for 10 minutes. The restaurant was not busy. We waited another 10 minutes for our drinks. We ordered our food with the drinks, it took another 30 minutes to get our food. The server did not come once to check on us. He then said he had to “cook” our food because it came out wrong. I asked for the check as soon as the food arrived, he gave us 2 complementary drinks for the long wait. The food was good, the service not so much."

"So I’m a local so I used to come here once or twice a week until last weekend my wife found hair on her food. We gave it back to the bartender, showing him the hair. He took it back and got us a new quesadilla. My issue is with Dan the supervisor shift, that did not acknowledged that there were something wrong with hair in my wife’s food. I asked for the manager after I payed for the dinner because I was not looking for a freebie. He claimed that no one in the kitchen had long blonde hair. Well the hair didn’t come from me I’m bald and my wife has very short hair Dan is a very lousy supervisor one of those guys that sweat just by standing has to put one elbow down on the countertop to take a breather while he talk to you and sweat a lot disgusting no manners not sure why Applebee’s made him a supervisor? I saw him train so I know won’t be coming here anymore. I’ll find me another spot. I should not have to call the supervisor after finding her in my food. It should be automatically supervisor out on the floor talking to the customer.. and all the lighting outside were off don’t know what that was all about"
