"Pinnacle of great service- Lorraine is the standard for fine dining service - there when we needed her, little off-topic talk, quick-friendly-efficient while still being amicable. She was the best. The food was high quality, but I expected just a little more volume to sushi rolls. The oyster appetizer was hands down the most delicious part of our dining experience. With a variety of saki options, we found a few new favorites as well. Our biggest issue was the gnats that were aggressively involved in our dining experience. Being on the beach, it was something we understood could be a potential, it was just a big distraction of the surrounding elegance."

"Our first time having dinner here, and WOW! Everything was amazing - we had a lot of food, and nothing was less than stellar. I started with the snowball martini at eskapades, and it was delicious. Not too strong, with perfectly balanced flavors. For apps, we had the beef skewers and shrimp pot stickers - YUM!! The umami flavor was perfect. For dinner - the scallops and veggie low main were my favorite. Both were so savory and just perfect. The Crazy Rich roll was ok - my husband finished it all, but I found it to be too spicy for my sissy taste buds. The chicken ramen was also too spicy for me, but my husband devoured it. He is more able to handle spice than I am. For dessert, the crem brulee was so good! Overall, we came with no expectations and left with this being one of our local go-to spots. Alex, out server, was so friendly and knowledgeable. Nana, the chef, was also wonderful. Just a great experience, start to finish."

"Outstanding service. Beautiful decor. Excellent view. We stayed at the Wyndham grand for our Christmas holiday. The breakfast buffet was 25$ per person. Upon check in we were given a card for 10% off. The buffet was good. Fresh waffles and pancakes were available also. I opted for a fresh made omelette. It was incredible. They attach a 19% service charge to your bill. With the discount it was under $60 for myself, my wife, and our baby, so we still left a tip. The servers are very attentive. The cooks at the omelette bar do a fantastic job. Highly recommend."

"Food, service and ambiance were all spot on! Not sure why this place is not rated higher! We were given complimentary Edemame to start that was deliciously seasoned. Then we had the Crab Rangoon, Bone Marrow, and Brussel Sprouts. The Brussel sprouts were my favorite of the 3 appetizers! The others were good but the Brussel sprouts were amazing!!! Then we had the Alaskan Roll and the Chicken Ramen (substituted ramen for rice noodles as I’m gluten free). The chicken Ramen/rice noodles were excellent! The egg was sooo good! It was marinated in soy sauce and cooked perfectly! It melted in your mouth! We also ordered a bottle of wine and to Our surprise it was wine Wednesday so we received 50% off our bottle! Our waitress Kelby was so sweet and very attentive! Thank you Ocean Hai for a great dining experience!"

"From the start everyone was nice and welcoming, we did not have a reservation, they were booked and got us in. Our server (Kaia) was great, honest about foods that were just ok, provided great recommendations and was very responsive to my daughters bday. Overall the food was good, the grouper and sushi were very good, the soup with seafood was just ok. Great views of the beach and nice restaurant. I would return primarily per the service and the Asian fusion theme."
