"Pretty eh service. Upon entrance, me and my mother were faced with a smell of straight marijuana. Not even kidding. It smelled like someone had smoked a pound of za in the lobby. The smell was also by the front counter which tells me it was coming from the back. Ps, the restaurant was empty except for the employees. Food was mid, nothing special."

"Drive through service was not very welcoming. No Thank You for coming to Burger King what can I get you today! No total at the end just pull up to the window. Great food bit thr worst service. Manager was not friendly bit cashier she was sweet and nice."

"Service sucked. Manager was rude. Tried to place order and was told it was no longer offered on the menu even though it was shown on the menu. Failed to take our order and there was only one other person in the store. I will never come here again and suggest that no one else visit this location."

"This is one of the worst burger kings that I have ever visited! Poorly trained staff, pants sagging exposing underwear, the order took more than 15 minutes for a chicken wrap! The staff were also fighting in the back and they also locked the dining area doors! Overall a bad experience!"

"I ordered 2 cheese burgers at the burger king in Apopka. I was using a perk weeks offer for a free cheeseburger when you spend a dollar. When I went to pick them up I received 1 cheeseburger. I then parked and went inside and the person at the counter stated that they could not assist me. She said she was unable to do a refund or assist in any way since I ordered on the app. While at the store I attempted to contact customer support on chat and got the message that no one was available. I then waited to try again later. Now chat is available. but they seem to be unable to understand the issue. No love found @Burger King."
