"Hit or miss. Friendly staff. Been there enough to realize they either are short staffed or poor management with poor processes. Forgets the sauce for happy meal 8/10 times. Most of the time I'm asked to park in a slot for a simple basic order like a happy meal. I would go to another but it's the only convenient option for a kids happy meal. I hope they work on their internal processes."

"The Woman at the drive-thru says she doesn't know what's on Her signs. And what anything costs. So now we are sitting here in the Wendy's line. You need better employees that know what's what."
"Stopped by this location to grab a quick bite to eat before heading out of town, the drive-thru was packed so my husband decided to go inside to order. The girl at the counter would not take his order, said he had to order from the kiosk. My husband is not tech savvy, beside the kiosk kept glitching asking him to sign in which he had nothing to sign in with. He told the lady what it said and kept asking her to help him, she refused and said sorry you have to order from the kiosk because we have no one to run the registers. However, she was standing behind the counter dining absolutely nothing! My husband walked out, as did another couple with no food and in shock that she wouldn't even help him order from the kiosk."
"Ordered 1 Big Mac meal and 1 Big Mac sandwich- in the drive thru. Had to wait 15 minutes. Got home and one of the Big Macs only had ONE MEAT PATTY!!"
