"Placed a mobile app order for curbside pickup. When I got back to hotel my order was wrong. I ordered a cheeseburger and didn’t get it. I ordered two double hamburgers and got one with only one patty. I drove 15 minutes back and spoke to a manager in a red shirt. He first seemed annoyed that I was telling him my order was wrong. I explained I got two double hamburgers and only got one and one hamburger. I also told him I ordered a cheeseburger and didn’t get it. He refused to give me another double hamburger and decided he would give me a double cheeseburger. First of all my son is allergic to cheese and I told manager it was for two different people. The manager refused to give another double that was it. The employee was going to do it but the manager said no way. I’ve never been treated like this at any McDonald’s in my life."

"This place always has something going on. THEY NEVER HAVE ANYTHING. I’m pretty sure they’re all just lazy since it’s so ghetto there. What do you mean you have no chicken or fish? Ain’t nobody want your undercooked beef. They are so stingy with sauces and fries too. I’ve never had this issue with other locations just this one. And they’re always making me wait for my food, like is this fast food or a 5 star restaurant? Once there was this gay guy who’s tone was so disgusting. As if I’m holding his family at gunpoint and forcing him to make me a sandwich. I suggest you go to some other location because you’ll be disappointed 101% coming here. Sometimes the people are good but the food is disappointing and sometimes it’s both. Never a good experience."
