"Pushed the regular button on gas pump #10, then saw that it was pumping premium! Mgr told me it happens all the time, that the hose hit the premium button. I went back to same pump and tried to recreate what she said. There is no way that hose caused the premium pump to activate! I am calling Florida's regulatory agency, the number is on the pump. TotalnBS from that store manager."

"the men's restroom has not been properly cleaned in WEEKS or MONTHS the inside of the toilet has literally mold growing in it.... I worked at a wawa, it's not the difficult to clean a damn toilet. on top of that, the food is not even done properly either, what I mean is.... special orders are not special at all, just processed normal. also when someone comes into the kitchen to put fresh bread out for the prep table, WASH YOYR GRIMMY HANDS FIRST"

"I walked in the store at 5:00am and alot of things needed wasn't available because the overnight shift is very lazy. Many things like condiments, Sizzles sandwiches were missing. Nobody was in the deli. I had to run down the cashier. At least 4 employees were lolligagging, hanging out, and oblivious to the fact that they needed to prepare for the next shift. The 10pm to 6am shift is extremely lazy. I spoke with the supervisor and he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. The negligence on this shift needs to be corrected."

"Let’s start with this guy . I ordered burger and ask to toast a bun with cheese , and answer was it’s not allowed but other options the system asking you if you want to toast a bun or cold ! Basically bun was cold , cheese not melted , patty barely warm ! When I placed an order , I asked the lady if I can get fresh fries , the same guy said it’s just came out . Ok then , when I got my order burger was cold , and fries was soggy . I paid about 14 dollars . I think for this price I can get fresh fries lol . 1 star for you my friend for your laziness . Hope Wawa will reward you for a customer satisfaction!!!also place was dirty !"
