"We went at 7pm on a Sunday night. There was only 2 other parties in the entire restaurant, the server was slow to take our order and when the food came out it, my husband's wings were wrong. He ordered boneless spicy garlic teriyaki and got traditional plain teriyaki wings. Fine, whatever he ate them but then they served my daughter BURNT plain boneless wings and then asked if we wanted them remade! They should have never been served to us to begin with. The waitress never came back until we asked for the check."
"I would like to first start off by saying they charge you an 18 % gratuity to your bill. I myself have never seen this at any restaurant, so that took me by surprise, but I will say the food was ok. The customer service was behind great. Our waiter was very kind and VERY smart he took our order without even writing anything down. All in all, it was an okay meal."
