"Wow, this is a new place and it is dirty! Needs a pressure wash, drive thru window is dirty. And no sweet tea on Thursday at 12:30 (lunchtime). Smh …if owners don’t do something fast, they will not make it."

"Easy to find location off US 102 West. This location is a combo Pizza Huf and KFC location. Great quality. The 8 piece Family meal was perfect! Got in and out rather quickly."

"DO NOT GO HERE!!! It’s rated low for a reason! We ate food from here 3 days ago and both of our meals had hair in it! Disgusting! We stopped eating because whose appetite will continue after other people’s hair in their food?? I filled out the survey and got a call the very next day from a GM named Alex who advised me that he would give me my refund or replacement. We advised that we’d do the replacement because we like KFC and wanted to give it another shot. Wrong choice!! When we came to get the replacement “Alex” actually called from other store 40min away so the store with the hair wouldn’t give us the refund or replacement even though I have a voicemail proving that he said that. The manager was scared to speak to his GM Helen because “if he calls her while she’s off she will get mad at him”. If she’s a true GM she’s on call 24/7. She then states that she won’t provide no refund or replacement until I come see her in the morning which I don’t see what the difference is. End result: they did nothing for us and KFC failed as a company. Now I’m waiting from a call from the higher ups to fix this. By the way when we went in the workers looked extremely lost and the managers looked even more lost. There is no sense of urgency and other customers were waiting 45 plus minutes just like us. 45 minutes wasted of our lives for lies. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!"

"We've all seen a mix match of KFC, PIZZA HUT, TACO BELL, and LONG JOHN SILVERS using a shared space. That is not the case at this location that utilizes about 90% of the space of back of house (kitchen & storage) and probably less than 10% front of house (customer space) for the KFC as soon as you walk in the door it feels claustrophobic. You have a wall on the right and a couple of tables on the left. The fountain machine is crammed in a corner. The counter is so small that you can't even read the menu because of the pickup order shelf on top of it. There's no KIOSK to order, well, because there is no space for one. So one would think the PIZZA HUT side is huge. Nope, for their side, they just have an order/ pickup counter. And when I say sides, it's just that. Each has their own entrance. I would venture to say this is probably an owner/operator location. I can't imagine that this concept would be a corporate design. WORST set up ever. And if you do venture over to visit, watch for the multiple potholes/craters as you turn in. For me, if I want KFC, I'll visit a different location. And for PIZZA HUT... Theirs always TARGET. First and last visit to this store. The only nice thing I can say about this location is that cosmetically, it looks beautiful from the highway."

"I want my money back! This is the absolute worst KFC I have ever ordered food from. I recently ordered an 8 piece bucket of dark meat, spicy chicken wings and fries. After paying online, I went to pick up my order and was told that they had no spicy wings no dark meat. I was then given a few really old and hard wings that they’d had left over from the day before. I suffered from food poisoning after eating two pieces of the stale meat. Tonight I thought of giving the same restaurant another chance. They failed again!! I ordered the very same eight piece, dark meat bucket for $10 and received a bucket of all white meat and stale wings! I give up! I will never, ever return to this restaurant!"
