"Gave service a 2 which probably should have been a zero but wanted everyone to understand the staff making food was absolutely amazing but the front cashier had to be told twice to man the front register??? Falls into that, you've gott 1 job, take care of people trying to spend money. To add to this yes I did use the kiosk but the small child and elderly person next to me had cash And Technically we as customers don't work there the kiosk is a convenience not a requirement YET."

"This place isn't one I'd recommend unless you like bland cold food. Even then, I don't think I would recommend this place. Some close friends and I came here recently after a long flight around midnight and had to wait about a half hour for our 3 combos. By the time we got them, the food was mostly cold, and the fries being soggy, plus they left an onion taste in your mouth. It looked like the workers dumped the food in the bag since it was all over the place. They didn't bother putting in any condiments in. This place is one of, if not, the worst fast food places I've ever gone to and would definitely make me go out of my way to avoid this place."

"After a long flight and arriving around 11pm, we were hungry and decided to go to Wendy's near our hotel. It took over 6 minutes (via drive thru) to place our order and had to check to see if the worker was still there multiple times as they seemed distracted. Three number ones. Burgers were cold and the fries were as well. Bad service, cold food, and no napkins. The only good thing I can say is that the order I received was correct."

"incorrect hours online and on the door. unless they just close early when they feel like it. walked in at 1:40 because the door was unlocked and said they closed at 2:00. was asked why i was inside. terrible customer service and unprofessional team members. included a picture of the door where it shows 2 am close time."

"I was concerned after seeing the reviews but had great people serving us. This is a fastfood restaurant, therefore if you only expect a decent service that’s what you get. The prices are way cheaper than alternatives around."
