"I’ve been to this location a few times and they are pretty good! The restaurant is very clean each time I’ve been inside. During one of my recent visits, I was picking up a mobile order and I forgot to add some things on my Tropichop bowl. I went through the drive-thru to get the missing items and I was accommodated. Thanks to Brandon and Angelina for the help!"

BRENDON is the face of customer service and easily makes it a welcoming place the moment you walk in the door! Pollo tropical, if you know what is good for the business and to bring people back, promote Brendon and give a raise because he will keep the atmosphere up between the employees! "I have been amazed at how Pollo Tropical has changed, the food seems like a children's menu, I remember that before they served adequate quantities, they had machines to refill the sodas, and they smiled at everything, now it is the opposite, no smiles, no refill machines and no bar of sauces, what a disappointment, I don't think I will return to this place, sad."

"* 10/18/23 - Update: Thank you Pollo Tropical for reaching out to me. To their credit I used Pollo's app to order delivery which ultimately was DoorDash. My two meals finally arrived WITH the Spicy Poyo-Poyo sauce and all is right in the world once more! 10/09/24 - Original Review: Best thing about Pollo Tropical? The signature sauces of course! Cilantro Garlic is pretty good, but the Spicy Poyo-Poyo brings me back every time. Unfortunately there seems to be some kind of rebellion against giving out the sauce? First time I ordered through Uber Eats the sauce was missing.. maybe they just forgot. Second time, same result. THIRD time I paid extra for 6 sauces and still received NONE. The option for the sauce needs to be completely removed from the Delivery Apps. The double whammy was that the whole chicken I ordered was dry, so any sauce would've been helpful. Woe is me.. lol"
