"Walked up to the front door (7pm) in the rain to find out it was closed. Then we walked around to the opposite side of the building by the drive through door and walked in. There was a customer waiting for his food and we were next. After they handed that customer his order, they walked away without even acknowledging we were there. We waited for a while and still nothing. Another couple walked in and no one came to take orders. Eventually, that couple left and so did we. They couldn't care less. Will never go back to this Wendy's. Also, the counter was dirty with receipts and other things. The guy making the burgers had a glove in one hand and not the other but used both to handle the food. Smh The fried chicken from Publix was way better!"

"Called this Wendy’s at around 7 15 pm today “MONDAY” asked Manager until what time their dinning room was open “ SHE SAYS 10 PM” drove about 30 minutes to this location when we get there with 3 small children the dining room was closed and the manager said she had to close the dining room because you cannot run a kitchen with four people but the drive-through is open. Makes no sense !! She says she knows they close at 10 which her sign in the door say 11 but she decided to close at 8 WOW what a way to lose customers!!"

"I’ve been coming to this Wendy’s for 4 years, it’s my favorite and the only one I go to. The employees are very nice always! But lately they’ve been slacking with the actual food. Fries was one of my favorite things to get because they were always hot. Lately, they’re cold. Not warm, cold. A few days ago I bought a baked potato. My poor potato was so small, I could cover it with my hand, and I’m only 5’. Today I ordered a few items. Some were missing or incomplete. Couldn’t go back as I was omw to work. Ordered 2, 6piece nuggets and both were missing nuggets, which was quite surprising. I’m pretty sure they just put 2 4 piece nuggets in my bag. And I didn’t get sour cream or chives for my potato. I’m not mad, just a little irritated because I paid for those missing items, even if it’s just 1 nugget missing, I paid!"

"Absolute garbage. Will never again come here. Drive thru took FOREVER, they got the order wrong and the burger was raw in the middle. Disgusting. Maybe focus more on the food and less on the loud, vulgar music you had playing"

"It’s national cheese burger day BUT how is it my cheese is bigger than the actual patty. It definitely was a 5 cent burger. Should’ve been national lettuce day because that’s all I could taste"
