"Sonic is usually pretty good. Today they missed the mark completely. Ordered via the app and all was well until my food came. At no time did they tell me they were out of a condiment which is supposed to come with the item. I had to call on and request it and was then told they were out of it. Had they told me when I checked in or even when they delivered my food I would have selected something else. Instead, their lack of communication has cost them a good review."
"We order 1 cheeseburger, 4 corndogs, and one pretzel. Got home and we had a hamburger, mozzarella sticks, and fries. We went back to get the food we ordered came home and this is what my Corndog looked like. Seems like a petty act to me just because someone messed up the original order and was mad they had to make more."
