"Why bother having cash register at front. There is no cashier. They only want people in the drive through. Either way, make sure you have plenty of time. This is NOT fast food."

"I use the app and park at the curbside for pickup. Each time we go here, we wait an extremely long time as we watch many cars get their food quicker through the drive-through. Some might ask then why we don't just go through the drive-through. My response would be that they don't offer curbside if the orders are not taken and delivered in order. It seems that they don't run orders out until everyone inside or in drive-through are complete. We do love the app but wish that under customized, they would offer (light) option."
