"Got back to work to eat my lunch only to find that my order was completely messed up. My bacon burger as well as my fiancé's had no bacon, the fries were cold and soggy, and the burgers were missing all of their toppings. Someone literally gave us meat, cheese, and a pitiful slice of onion and forgot everything else. That isn't even the worst part. My friend, who went with me to lunch, had a roach crawl out of his bag. This is unacceptable and I will not be returning. I hope that management does something to get this place together."

"This store location is always clean and on point with orders. I've never had a wrong order here. The staff are nice. The management keeps up with the place, and they have great customer service. My food is always fresh and hot. The bathrooms, dining room, and exterior are always clean and welcoming. I love the honey butter chicken biscuits! They are so delicious! This is my store of choice for sure. I'd drive across town just for the good experience I get here."

"Possibly one of those busiest Wendy's I've been at, but the staff is great at getting you in and out. And they still keep everything nice and clean. That's a big plus with me. I love the biggie bag option, especially in this time of not enough money in our pockets. It's a great value so I recommend looking at it. One of my favorite fast food joints"

"This location is the best in Lakeland. The girl (reddish hair) always is the friendliest. Chili will hit the spot, plus love the salads for lunch at work. Pumpkin Frosty is the absolute best flavored pumpkin thingy. Everything tastes very fresh ."
