"This Wendy’s is one of the worst ones! I tried it again today after not coming to this location for a few years. Last time I dined inside and waiting over 30 minutes for the food. Today was once again a disappointment. The customer service is terrible. Employees work at a snail’s pace and basically roll their eyes when you ask them for anything."

"I got the 4 for $4 junior cheese burger I asked for no pickles, no onions with bbq sauce. Didn't get my sauce had to ask for it, I still got pickles, onions & my burger was RAW!"

"Nicolas did a wonderful job while we were trying to order and has great customer service skills. We were going to pull away and not order, however he gave us other options on the menu. Your shift manager however, needs some lessons on customer service from Nicolas. She was rude, short, not very customer service oriented. Rudely cut into the mic ending our order when we were not done yet. When she handed us our food, she didnt smile, just handed us the food and was again very short in here communication. We were the only people in the drive thru, so they weren't busy. Your shift manager needs some TRAINING. Nicolas needs to be recognized on his good service!"

"Went through drive through and ordered the Summer Strawberry salad. Once I get home and I start to eat it, I notice this piece of plastic in it. I get that accidents happen, but this is beyond gross. I called and was hung up on both times. This is normally my go-to Wendy’s. Guess I’ll be going to the next one over."

"Quality and food safety definitely big concern at this location. Store manager on duty totally rude. Food dropped? I don’t know but definitely a huge red flag. Some bites on the meat? I called the store to request a refund, rude services they asked we have to go to the store to process the refund. The store is closed only drive through so we had to wait again the long line. So sad this experience at this store."
