"We arrived for reservation at 6:30, seated 7 & did not get food till 8. Never go here on a holiday. Food good but too late. Manager comped the dinner."

"Shocked at how disappointing this whole experience was. Initially waited a bit to long to be seated. Ordered after a bit of going back n forth that a server will be with us. Ordered endless shrimp and waited well over 45 min and nothing came. Decided to leave befoee any food arrived because I felt I would have never gotten my money worth. I didn't feel it was fair to have to be there for hours. Really sad about the whole thing and took away from a nice evening."

"All you can eat shrimp if you have 35 minutes per serving to wait.... think a seafood restaurant could give you a lemon slice in your water? Tarter sauce, nope they won't bring it. Wait to you see a post of the dry nasty shrimp scampi..... wish no star was an option"

"Tonight's supper was an overall good experience. The only thing I can talk negative about is that my company's shrimp skewers were warm(ish) at best. The problem was rectified by one of the employees (not our server) however and there was no room for dessert by the time we finished our meals. 12/25/22 addendum Not only were we turned away 2 hours and 15 minutes before COB because of "lack of seating", when we called to place an order for "pick up" we were hung up on three times. Since it was Christmas, we had only had a light snack for lunch (pending our feast at RL), and there weren't any other places in town that were open for business, we called one last time. Thankful that we had gotten through we placed our orders and were told our wait would be 30 to 40 minutes. I told him about the 3 previous hang-ups which he apologized for stating problems with the phone system. After waiting for 30 minutes, I called the number on the sign to alert them that we were in the parking lot, to which they replied that our order was ready and someone would be out shortly. 10 minutes later I went inside to find out what the reasoning was behind our having to wait only to interrupt 2 young ladies ranting about the rudeness of the customer and how they should be appreciative that they were even open. When they finally realized that I was standing there, one of them told me that they were not seating any more customers and that I would have to find somewhere else to eat. I explained that I had an order for pickup and that I had previously called to alert them I was waiting outside and that I was told that someone would be out directly with our order which hadn't happened. "Go stand by the bar and someone will help you." she said. Before I followed her direction asked her if she was having any problems with her phone system to which she replied, "No, not at all". To make an already long story longer, i waited for an additional 10 minutes before receiving our meals. While waiting, I was still within earshot of the 2 ungrateful employees still customer bashing. VERY INAPPROPRIATE. Now at home, we prepared for our Christmas feast... Only to throw out the absolutely inedible garbage we had paid so much for and had been through so much even to receive. (thank goodness for the biscuits) We made grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup for supper and called it a day. Worst Christmas experience ever!!! RED LOBSTER- You let us down big time..."
